By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.
2. Product Characteristics & Limitations
2.1 Natural Gemstone Variations
Our gemstone dice are made from natural materials (such as cat’s eye stone, lapis lazuli, and blue sandstone). Due to the inherent properties of natural gemstones, slight differences in color, texture, luster, or veining may exist between individual dice or batches. These variations are not product defects but part of the uniqueness of natural gemstones, and we do not accept returns or refunds solely based on such differences.
2.2 Handcrafting Imperfections
All our products are handcrafted, which may result in minor imperfections (e.g., slight deviations in engraving alignment, subtle differences in die size within the standard range of 16-27mm). These do not affect the normal use of the products (e.g., balanced rolling for tabletop RPGs) and do not constitute grounds for claiming product defects.
2.3 Use Limitations
Our gemstone dice are designed for tabletop gaming and collection purposes only. They are not toys suitable for children under 12 years old (due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard). We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by improper use (e.g., using dice as projectiles, exposing them to extreme temperatures or chemicals).
3. Order & Delivery Related Disclaimers
3.1 Stock & Customization Risks
For customized products (e.g., engraved gemstone dice with personal logos), we will confirm the design and production timeline with you in advance. However, due to the complexity of handcrafting, slight delays in production may occur, and we will notify you of any such delays promptly. Customized products cannot be canceled or returned once production has started (except for quality issues caused by our production errors).
3.2 Logistics & External Risks
We work with reputable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, but we shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages to products caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), logistics company errors, or incorrect shipping information provided by you (e.g., wrong address, missing contact details). We recommend you inspect the package upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage (with photos as proof) for further assistance.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic horror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products (e.g., loss of gaming experience, loss of collection value due to personal storage issues). Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the defective product (for refunds or replacements) in cases of confirmed quality defects caused by our production or material issues.
